Guest guest Posted May 21, 2009 Report Share Posted May 21, 2009 I started engaing into this cycle of eating at midnite or whenever I wake up before the usual time I should wake up.Let's say there are days I wake up at 1:30 am, others at 2 or 2:30 am.What do i do? I go straight to the kitchen and eat cereal. I shared that with my nutritionist and we thought that increasing my evening snack could prevent it...some days it did and others it didnt work out. Then I thought I was probably not eating enough protein.So last night I made sure I had meat in myt dinner. Again, i woke up and had cereal. Any ideas on what i should do?
