Guest guest
I also have a sample of the Vita-oil and have been trying it for a few days. I'm not sure though exactly when it should be applied. If I put it on while my face is still wet, then it's going on before the Metrocream I use. But I thought that medication should go on before any other products. How do you all use it? Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi everyone - On to a non-controversial topic.... i've been using Vita=oil for abotu 2 months now and it hasn't impacted my skin in any way, neg or pos. In other words, I don't see it " soothing " the redness that I think some people have experienced. I am wondering if I should continue to use it, I prefer lotions for moisturizing. Is there a good reason why I should keep using it? I've read about it being a " protective barrier " . Should I use it for that? do I need that? Thanks for your help!! Margaret C. Guest guest
Margaret, To your questions about the vita-oil, I'd say, that if you're not breaking out and if you don't see increased irritation, you're probably using the right amount for YOU---When I started with Dr Sy's moisturizing oil, I began by overusing too much on my wet face--I also discovered that instead of " dry " , I was " normal to oily " even though I'm in my fifties! I just received my bottle of oil--am trying the vita-oil this time, and knowing the " oily " about my skin, am just using a couple of drops after cleansing my face, and on my WET face, applying it--no problem, and I really do think it even prevents some of the breaking out--lumpy, bumpy, that I experience! I am also using it up around my eyes--wet skin!--and it does not seem to " travel " into my eyes, using it this way. As long as you don't see increased skin problems, you could probably continue using it. hope this helps, Carol Museec@... wrote: > Hi everyone - > > On to a non-controversial topic.... i've been using Vita=oil for abotu 2 > months now and it hasn't impacted my skin in any way, neg or pos.
