I think that many people who can tolerate cow's milk products

prefer the Lyosan because it is easier to use in the long run and

nothing gets wasted. In many places, the legal brands can only

be purchased in quart containers and since only about 1/2 cup

gets used at a time for the starter, much of the quart goes to

waste and ends up costing more in the long run.

In the same vein as purchased... Has anyone heard about Fage brand

Total Sheep/Goat yogurt made in Greece and imported? It has only the

3 strains recommended and has no sugar or starches - I called and

checked.
