Guest guest Posted April 1, 2003 Report Share Posted April 1, 2003 , If you've got a caregiver, you might ask them to make some potato/squash soup for you. Use some chicken broth, add yellow and orange sweet potatoes, and a squash (I use butternut). Add rosemary and salt to taste and boil for 30-40 minutes. Run it through the blender and strain it if you need to. It's really quite good - much better than anything from a can.
