my name is michelle, i amdd 33 and i have chronic

hereditary pancreatitis. i too am very new to this

group and realizing there are many with this

unfortuneate disease. i am still under the care of

doctors at the mayo clinic and my gi's in my home

town. i am on mepregan. it works for me and my daily

pain however when i get an acute attack, i end up at

the er with iv drugs,etc.. the usual pancreas

cocktail.
