Hopefully, that is not just in my area or something. I would just call your pharmacy and ask them..... or call your neuros office and ask them to send the pharmacy a request if it's needed??? Sorry I don't know any more.... unfortunately, we've never had ours expire before using it up. Patti Expired Diastat? Hi all, Quick question. I recall some of you saying that you can trade in your expired Diastat for a new box. Can someone tell me the process if they've been able to do this? Patti Re: Expired Diastat? Barb, Just thinking-I know our doctor said the pharmacy had to replace it in Washington. I don't know if the law is the same everywhere.
