If you feed foods that your child can digest properly, then rotating should not be an issue. People rotate foods in the hopes that by feeding bothersome foods infrequently that the child will not become more sensitive to the food. But the premise of SCD is to feed only foods that are well tolerated and as the gut heals, there will be an increase (over time) of what the child can tolerate.
