Just off your legs? Sounds like something some women would like! Don't know

what neuronton is for, but I sure would like to get that side effect!

(just a little joke to lighten the day. I'm in a pretty good mood, for once!)

Hair Falling Out + Medications

When I was up to 1800 MG of Neuronton daily, I lost most of the hair off

both my legs.

After discontinuing the medication, it took almost 2 years for the hair to

grow back.

Hmmmm.

Hi there.

Well after my first week of chemo-therapy for lung cancer I have no

piles of hair in the drain or in my comb. Is it just a matter of time

or should I invest in scalp wax and polishing cloths now. lol

When my Mum had her first round of chemo for Lymphatic and Breat

Cancer she NEVER lost her hair at all (It did thin out) but she

didn't go bald. Her second and subsequent rounds she did go bald. My

Mum had Sjogren's disease which was causing a rare form of lymphatic

cancers, where they would get them and remove them and give her the

all clear but her body would make a TOTALLY new one (she had 2 in her

salivary glands, 1 in her neck, breast cancer, minor cervical cancer

(picked up very early and AGES ago), and abdominal cancer (lymphatic

(Large cell aggresive lymphoma that infiltrated her bone marow and

she lost the battle after about 6 cancers and 9 years). If she hadn't

have had the Sjogren's form that was causing the cancers, she

probably would have been OK.

So you may be one of the lucky ones who doesn't lose there hair.

Good Luck with your Chemotherapy and wiht beating your Cancer.
