For some people I know they need injections or sublingual B-12 - I am one of

those people. I do give myself injections via my Drs. perscription, very

economically. I am interested in the Vitamist and want to check it out...

Hi...I went to the Vitamist website and I think I'm going to sign up if I can

get the products at a reduced price...Here is a cut and paste of the adult

Its just my opinion, but for the better absorption, less stomach-ache troubles

(which I tend to get with vitamins), no (or less) problems with constipation,

AND the simple convenience.....it is worth it to me. I haven't figured out what

their discount is for the distributorship but it must be something if the " buy

now " price on their web site was $19.95? Just my thoughts.

I mean I signed up with Calorad when it was the big thing....and to me it was

$40 per bottle with a suggested retail of $55.

Anyway....it might be a product that works well for post op MGB-ers

Recommendation is two blasts, four times per day. I also saw a list of flavors.

My understanding of Vitamist is that we take eight (8) sprays per day. There

is supposedly no need to triple the dose since it's absorbed through mouth or

nasal membranes, into the blood stream, rather than absorbed through the

stomach or intestines.

I think it's a great ideal, but with $20 for a multi-vitamin and $20 for the

appropriate minerals that's quite a hefty price in comparison w/Walmart's One

Source or my choice, Flintstone Complete. I pay approx $5.99 for nearly two

months!

I use the Flintstone Complete only because I like them. I feel like it's

more effective and easier on my system by being chewed. I realize this has

no scientific basis and the Walmart One Source are effective and a little

more cost effective. Just my choice and it gets the job done.

Wanted to let you know, I have surgery with Dr. R on Tuesday. Sounds like you

are doing great! Remember calling my daughter in Tulsa? She was not feeling

well on 2-14.....................she was pregnant! Due in October!

And even though they're Flintstone's, for kids, they give you everything you

need? I'd prefer chewing them to swallowing a pile of pills, too.

Yes, the Flintstone Complete is complete, containing even Iron. A whole one

is for age four through adult, so I take three per day. I just don't think

I'd be so diligent with something else. The only place the Flintstone

Complete does not meet 100% or greater of RDA, is Biotin, which is for our

hair. I take a supplemental oral dose of Biotin. It's a tiny micro-capsule.
