He might be bringing my daughter(s) and I have a friend who will be coming to. They all live in the Framingham area (except my daughters). Are you coming from Templeton? I work in Leominster right off Route 190. I don't know if this month would be a good month to hook up but if you would be interested, you could meet me at work and we could go in together. Let me know if this could work for you. I went to last months meeting and formed a few opinions of some of the people talking. I am so excited to see it. I can't seem to find any bridesmaid dresses that I like...ARRRG! I have reserved my DJ and a caterer, but don't you know the place I wanted to have my reception is booked! BLAH! But I have other choices so I am not sweatin' it. I am going to the meeting on Thursday, this will be my first one so I won't know a soul, well Besides a. I had dinner with her 2 weeks ago. I know there are actually 3 of us kim's, but 2 getting married! Lyssa, I dont know which one you were talking to, but I'll answer too. My wedding plans are kind of 'off.' It was too quick, I got cold feet. We are still dating, and maybe it'll happen eventually, I just am not sure, so I'm not moving forward. About Thursday's meeting...I have made a Thursday commitment that will be continuing indefinitely, so it doesn't look good for me for Thursday nights. Is the Tuesday night meeting open to everyone, or is it just for pre-ops or what? I would be better off trying to make that one. Anyway, Lyssa, I read everything, and try to keep up with everyones progress, but time often prevents me from writing as often as I'd like. That has never never never happened to me, and I've lost hundreds of pounds over the years! I HAVE had ups and downs, (in fact I was up 20 lbs at one point during Y2K) but I am thrilled that I am still wearing the same sized clothes as a year ago! WOW! It works! I almost dedicated a song to dance with my mom, but chickened out. My brother walked me down the isle, we met my mom at the pew, and they both gave me away, then I danced to "What a wonderful world" from Nat Cole with my brother...talk about an emotional time! Anyway, Kim from plymouth here, doing good. Within 3 pounds of my lowest weight, which makes me happy. 156 was my lowest....I am frequently up over 160 (like 162), Last week I was 165, which made me VERY nervous. Last fall, if you remember, I went up to 174! Yikes. Anyway, I feel best when I am under 160. Unfortunately, that scale really rules my life, and can start my day off good or bad. However, for me anyway, I feel a need to monitor it closely. The rest of my life is going good. Things are very very nice with . Although I called off the wedding (which was to happen NEXT friday, by the way!), we have subsequently become much closer and my doubts have mostly disappeared. Sometimes I wish I hadn't called it off! But anyway, it's ok. I am very happy & am looking forward to Valentines day....I haven't been loved or appreciated for Valentines day for more than 20 years! Anyway, I read everything even though I dont post much. Dawn...loved your picture today, also! You need to reserve around here pretty quick for springtime weddings...not sure about WV. We chose not to do favors, instead in lieu of favors, we made a donation in memory of our Dad's to the American Heart Assoc (both of our dad's passed away due to heart attacks), so this was a way of remembering them both (as well as everyone else) on our wedding day. My favors that I originally had planned on, were teaspoons, with 3 chocolate kisses on them, wrapped in netting, and a small note attached saying "A spoonful of kisses, from the Mr. and Mrs!"....Instead, my sister made those up for my shower, and said "A spoonful of kisses, from the soon to be Mrs!"
