Hi everyone,

Okay I have a silly question. My husband has been

concerned because I haven't bounced back the way he

thought I might.(I've always been super mom and wife)

Tonight he suggested I try some vitamins. He feels

they may help replace some of the energy that my ACM

steels away. I told him I really didn't know if it

would help but I would ask the group and see if anyone

had tried them. So here I am asking for your info on

vitamins. Thanks and God bless,Terry

Vitamins help me a great deal. Especially the B vitamins, which help with

stress, among many other things. Supplements really help too. I feel my best

when I take Sam-E 500 mg. a day. It regulates my moods and helps keep me

happy. MSM really helps with pain and Ginseng is a great one to look into

for extra energy. My only problem with supplements is the cost involved!
