Poll for rheumatic patients on antibiotic therapy

Hello everyone, I post infrequently (prefer to lurk) but I feel

compelled to share information about this survey that a friend alerted

me to. It is offered at a Poll website and it included

questions about our experience with AP and rheumatic disease. I copied

the URL and thought it should be posted here, there and everywhere. It

took me 6 minutes to complete and you do not have to give your contact

information if you do not want to get a copy of the results. They say

it will only be posted for a short time.
