Dear Rheumatic.org

The Road Back Foundation (www.roadback.org) is supporting an important

online

survey about the health care experiences of people with rheumatic

disease who are taking antibiotic therapy. The survey results have the

potential

to increase awareness and research regarding the treatment of rheumatic

disease. It is time limited and will only be accessible through a

International website for a few weeks. Please alert people who visit

rheumatic.org who

suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, or other rheumatic illnesses

to this survey

as their opinions are of interest. Their participation will help further the

understanding of the needs of people with these conditions. To visit the

website to take the

survey, go to:

www.hpolsurveys.com/w25304_live.htm

The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete and people may participate

anonymously. If you are interested in more information about this survey

please email your questions to:

RheumaticDisease_PatientSurvey@...

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this important effort.

The Road Back Foundation
