Endoscopy and dil

Hi all,

Just an update about my consistent vomiting problem. Doc found out

yesterday that I should go for an endoscopy, and they did a dilation

at the same time. The doctor who did it said I may need one or two

more, but maybe not, depends on how I tolerate food. Please be with

me on this, I am so sick of vomiting every single day and not being

able to eat any meats or salads, or much of anything that isn't

mashed. I am still glad I had the surgery, but can't wait to feel

normal again!!

Sue,

Did you have it done then? How was it? I hope all works out for you

sweetie! Stick to chicken and the dumplings! :)

Sue,

Let's hope you don't have to have any more scopes. Hang in there. I know

it must be awful, but it won't always be that way. Sending healthy

thoughts your way.

DON'T FAINT ANYONE!! But I ate a whole piece (though small) of fish yesterday!!! Even a tiny bit of bread. And didn't get sick. At all!! The first real meal I've eaten since my surgery. Maybe the dilation worked???

Let's hope it continues....

On the way to feeling normal again....

Sue:

Glad to hear that a reason has been found for your vomiting and it can be corrected. Good luck and just think about enjoying summer salads (with meat, of course!).
