I haven't read an IE book yet but plan to after a trip to Georgia this weekend. What are you recommendations for the best? I see many saying they found the book about When Women stop hating . . . that sounds like a good one.

Last night I went to yoga and meditation. I just started this a couple of weeks ago and it is fabulous! (and free at a community church) The yoga is very relaxing and the meditation practice with deep breathing really quieted my mind. Afterwards, went home and had a hot bath in jet tub with epsom salts, baking soda and a few drops of geranium oil which is said to balance the hormones and to calm. Heaven! I know it all sounds very 'new-agey,' but hey, it works for me.

Since trying IE several days ago I think I am doing better about observing when I am hungry and eating then. I still have cravings for chocolate. I can't keep it around though and it little pieces of candy like people suggest. I have some hot chocolate to drink instead. One drink is filling.

I loved the post with the poem about self-acceptance, especially the quote at the end about peace being something you are and not to strive for. (something like that LOL)

Everyone have an awesome day! I can't wait to learn and share. I'll be in Georgia the next few days so if I don't respond immediately to something, I will when I get back.
