Guest guest
I just picked one of the suggested practices from the IE book and played with it until I felt it was time to try another one. I didn't try to 'prefect' that practice and if I found myself distracting away from it, going on to another suggestion often helped keep me 'into' IE. Pick what grabs your attention MOST or simply just begin at the beginning. A journey (including the IE one) of a 1000 miles begins with ONE footstep. Happy to be sharing this fabulous trip with you - Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > I am having trouble gettting started. Guest guest
Have you read what many consider to be " THe Bible " of intuitive eating. The name of the book is " Intuitive Eating. Guest guest
Newbies, there is a Book List in the Files section (left column) at the group site. You can print this out and use it to go to library or look for (used) books online. Anyone who has read an IE type book that is not on the list, if you write a short review and include the title and author, I can add it to this list. Thanks, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > > > I am having trouble gettting started.
