Just passing on information, again....After 4 months on Armour my

cholesterol went down from 196 to 154.

However, my HDL went down; my triglycerides went up. Still good

values, but discouraging.

The LDL went down also.

My values have always been good, but I was disappointed to see some

of those changes.

Oh that helped me too...no high triglycerides or bad cholesterol since I've been

doing that & taking ground flax seed, soy lecithin & oat bran. But now I'm

hearing fish oils have mercury in them. I just bought some cod liver oil which

is supposed to be the best of all fish oils & am afraid to take it now & may

have to return it unopened. So what do I take instead for oils if I can't take

fish or cod oils? Or if I also can't use flax seed oil or ground seeds or soy

lecithin because they interfere with the Armour thyroid working properly? This

can get so very restrictive & confusing.
