Guest guest
Hello everyone. My name is Dawn and I have been struggling with my weight issues for as long as I can remember. It only got worse after the pregnancy and birth of my son whom is now 6. I never really heard about IE (except Internet Explorer) until I was searching through the groups and all I saw was followers of this diet and slaves to that routine. I can't afford to go off and do those strict weight plans. I am just not made of money they want when you buy their food or their books and go to the meetings just to be ridiculed if you (gasp) gain weight. I am currently 5'6.5 " and weight 230. I used to be 120 and I still think of myself as if I was still hot. I hate the reality check I get every time I look down though. I believe this place has wonderful energies in it and is something that I can flourish in. I am looking forward to " meeting " you all. Guest guest
Welcome Dawn. I think you will find that we all understand what you wrote perfectly! As to costs, even reading about IE can be cost free if you get the book at a library or cheap/used online. Picking on each other is NOT allowed here whereas acceptance of you AS YOU ARE NOW, if what is encouraged by all, especially by yourself Best to you, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Hello everyone.
