Guest guest
, Fantastic...Woohoo! :)You'll get used to the void. A sense of freedom and empowerment and a new openness to life, energy, and creativity comes through that void. When that experience started happening to me, it did feel weird in my body and I didn't really even know what to do with myself. The void comes and goes for me. When my experience with stress exceeds my new IE abilities, I do still use food sometimes (more mindfully of course). However, I've had the experience of that opening more and more and for longer periods of time. Enjoy it. Your body and new awareness will guide you to the next steps and what, if anything, you want to do with that new spaciousness in your life. It's an awesome journey. It was a real treat reading your message this morning, Latoya Practicing IE since Jan '08. So, even with all the previously forbidden foods at arms reach, I had a peach. It makes me wonder how much time I really spend mindlessly/ obsessively eating and what will fill the role that food has played. Has anyone else noticed this? Does it eventually become normal to not be eating or do you need to replace food with something else? > > Cheers > ~ >
