Guest guest
Hey , know what you mean about the walking! I do like to walk but realize the stress that it puts on my knees, feet and ankles. How about water aerobics I've never done it but heard that it is very beneficial and less stressful. Sincerely, Christy
Guest guest
Christy, I have done water exercises and they worked great for me. Only thing is that you have to remember not to over do. You don't feel anything while doing it, but OH..... the next day.!! Just take it easy and make sure the water isn't too cold. Love

Guest guest
Hi , thanks for the info. Yeah, I swam today with my sister-in-law at her home and her pool was FREEZING! I hope this doesn't do a number on me later. Any suggestions where are the best places for water exercises? The local YMCA or what? Would love to give it a try. thanks, Christy

Guest guest
Christy, I use to go the the Boys & Girls club to do water exercise. When we moved here the Parks and Rec Dept had classes. I know some health clubs offer them but they are more expensive. Check with the City first and see what they have to offer. YMCA might have them too. I hope that the cold water doesn't make you flare. I know it does me. Just can't take the cold anymore. My Rheummy STRESSED today that I need HEAT and massage. I have the heat, now I just have to find a good massager.LOL Hope you are fine. Jump into a hot shower and loosen up those muscles ASAP.
