Skipping meals so to speak...

Since i've been IE I have my " starving like crazy " days, and my " eat like a

bird " days... on the days i'm super hungry, I eat when i'm hungry, as much as I

need. On days when i'm not so hungry, again, I just eat enough and what I want.

But i'm sure it ends up not being very much some days... does anyone else do

this and does it really matter? You read everywhere not to skip meals, it'll

ruin your metabolism, etc...

But with IE does it really matter? Do you ever worry that it's " not enough " or

" too much " ?

I'm still working through all of this so thanks so much for bearing with my

stupid questions...
