Guest guest
Lu, I too was exposed to the glue smells just prior to my illness. Nah couldn't be caused from that. Guest guest
Oh my gosh Lu, I was doing stone jewellery work and still do!!!! I used a super glue called Zap. I didn't have the proper ventilation either, I guess it really zapped me!! I closed my store because I wasn't very well and my daughter's baby sitter let her do things like run all over the neighbourhood. I'd get there and she wouldn't even know where my daughter was. 's dad was away fishing too, so I had the whole burden of everything at home too. Gee, no wonder we're sick. If we can't do crafts, now that we're all bored, what can we do? I guess we just have to rest. Guest guest
In a message dated 09/13/2000 12:02:51 PM Central Daylight Time, Hi Elaine, I used that glue also and another one, darn I can't think of the name of it. I was doing a lot of the stone jewelry work also. After that I really became sick, plus I was under tons of stress with the shop. Well we know at least 2 things that aren't good for us....glue & stress. Anybody else???? Take care, Love ya! Lu << Oh my gosh Lu, I was doing stone jewellery work and still do!!!! Guest guest
Glenda, Maybe Lu has something here! I used glued for my crafts too!! Rp must have some sort of chemical link. Over exposure to something must have made us sick don't you think. The one I used was a model airplane super glue for those radio control jobbies. Who else out there used glue for crafts? Guest guest
Elaine I was exposed to chemicals for 22 years at my job. I worked in the theater and was exposed to dry cleaning fluids, paints, solvents and all kinds of glues.
