Re: Afraid to Eat -Kathy & Dawn

Hi Kathy,

Yes the cottage cheese was better than I remembered lol Tonight I

tried some haddock, on the Foreman grill with lemon, I only

ate about and ounce and half, but I felt like it was a good start.

Mashed potatoes sound good to me, I am on stage 4 and I am not

supposed to have them until stage 5, unless I cheat lol

When I do make some, I am going to do what Dawn suggested with the

broths, that sounds like a good idea, and it sounds tasty too.

I really appreciate the help both of you have given me, you gave me

the courage to try some new things, and now I know I can tolerate

some food, I just need to take it slow.

Thanks

YUM! thanks!

Re: Afraid to Eat -Kathy & Dawn

Hi Dawn,

I cooked it for about 5 minutes, and it was a little dry, so maybe

next time I would do it for about 3 or 4 minutes. I had never tried

fish before on it either, but it was real good.
