With my most recent diet, I lost and gained over 100 pounds on Weight Watchers. Last year, I was introduced to intutive eating by taking a workshop. In between last year and now, my grandmother passed away and I found that I was unable to focus on anything for quite a while. Once I was able to focus, I tried a couple of other diets plus personal trainer and found that I was unable to make a commitment. This prompted me to think about intuitive eating again. My question is how do you begin. I mean, I read some of the posts and some of you are very advanced (obivously you have been practicing for some time) and I just find myself wondering where did you start?
