Sometimes it is displaced anxiety for me or a way of NOT dealing with the actual issue so the anxiety is manifested through controlling food. My best, > > Did this message get posted before? I have been anorexic- I believe what I had done back then was to perceive the feeling of hunger as a signal of success; as a sign that I was in control.
