A Good Derm/Oregano Oil

Hi Everyone,

I am still perfecting the use of this Oregano Oil. I know for me, it

has a measurable impact on my little red bumps. Again, I will stress

that my redness has been diminshed greatly by Photoderm and my skin has

improved overall through diet, topicals, supplements, etc. It's those

few remaining stubborn bumps that I deal with along with the occasional

flush or puffiness.

This week I am suffering from PMS (sorry, guys!) and I always have the

feeling at that time that more toxins are floating around in my

bloodstream, thus showing up as bumps on the cheeks. Yesterday, I

tried using a drop of Oregano oil under the tongue in the morning,

midday, and before bedtime and the bumps were wiped out. I am no

doctor and I have no idea whom this would work for. Again, I'm pretty

far along on the road to recovery I hope. I also have no idea about

the possible long-term side effects of Oregano oil. Thus far, I have

had no noticeable adverse effects. I am a real headache sufferer,

having gotten migraines since I was 5 years old and I have not had this

stuff trigger a single headache.

One last thing, and this is a long shot: By some miracle, does anyone

know of a solid, understanding, cea-friendly dermatologist in the

Greater Rochester area? I would be willing to travel to Buffalo or

Syracuse, but I don't know if my insurance company would cover someone

outside the Rochester area.

Thanks in advance,

Beth
