For those who think they don't like yogurt, try buying plain natural

yogurt & draining the whey out of it. I take the tub the yogurt comes

in, rinse it out & dry with a paper towel & then lay a dampened piece of

cheesecloth over the tub top, Spoon in the yogurt carefully so the

cloth doesn't fall to the bottom (leave draining space) & then put the

cover of the tub back on over the cheesecloth. In a few hours you have

something like sourcream & in 24 hrs something like creamcheese only imo

it is MUCH better. I do this all the time --as one tub gets low I start

another.

I know, I know, I am a bore about this but I find it so good I can't

believe it. Now I also get to use the Davinci syrups to thin out the

cheese once in awhile. I use the drained yogurt as everyone else uses

cream except I like this.

BTW does anyone have any idea what the calorie/carb count would be on

the drained yogurt? I haven't woirried because I just figured it had to

be less than the whole stuff if the milk sugar has been drained off but

I'd like some idea of numbers.
