Guest guest
You GO girl! That's the only exercise I enjoy, and I haven't done it in ages! I used to go to clubs all the time and dance up a sweat. I may follow your lead and dance after work! - AA LyssaF wrote: > > Ok guys I put on tons of tunes tonight and danced my heart out with my kids. > Talk about being able to boogie I was pooped but realized wait a second I > just danced forever and ever!! and still talk! > WOOOHOO! > Lyssa > > >
Guest guest
right now I am wearing reeboks, they seem to be doing the trick, I have problems with my feet too, had a heel spur removed a few years ago and am afraid I have one in my other heel, but I am toughing it out at least until after ds wedding. Smile! Exercise Does anybody have any good motivation for me to exercise? I know it's good for me, but lately I just don't feel like doing it. ~There are no strangers here... I'm having problems with my feet, so I thought I'd ask. -- Exercise Does anybody have any good motivation for me to exercise?
