Maybe we don't need to drink as much water as we thought! It really is all about listening to your body and doing what's right for you at the time! I used to be obsessed with getting enough water in everyday when I was dieting so I could check them off on my Weight Watchers journal. But now I'm kind of an intuitive drinker. Most days I do still drink a lot of water because I enjoy it but I don't stress if I have days where I'm not thirsty. And I drink more in the summer than I do in the winter.
