Guest guest
Hi, Not 'skipping meals' is an external dictate which is more diet mentality than what you have already been doing - eating when/as much as you feel your body is needing. Reacquainting with one's hunger and satisfaction INternal signals is what IE encourages. Sounds like you are doing just fine on your own, tell the whispering diet demons to go do as they please and you will take care of YOU too, thank you very much :) Had to grin when I read your comment about 'stupid questions'. I was told that the only time a question was stupid was when you knew the answer already - lol. Best to you, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Since i've been IE I have my " starving like crazy " days, and my " eat like a bird " days... on the days i'm super hungry, I eat when i'm hungry, as much as I need. On days when i'm not so hungry, again, I just eat enough and what I want. But i'm sure it ends up not being very much some days... does anyone else do this and does it really matter? You read everywhere not to skip meals, it'll ruin your metabolism, etc... > > But with IE does it really matter? Do you ever worry that it's " not enough " or " too much " ? > > I'm still working through all of this so thanks so much for bearing with my stupid questions... >
