Guest guest
Hi All, I just wanted to add another therapy option that's worked for me. For those of you that can't take too rigorous exercise, Tai Chi has been a very gentle way back to health for me. Some with Chiari have more restrictions, and that was definitely where I was at, preop and for awhile postoperatively. I had plateaud in my recovery about 2 years postop, and Tai Chi brought my health back up quite a bit. My FM pain is usually gone most days now, and my energy is pretty decent (with supplements too). Take care, Barbara in Fla > as far as I go, exercise is the number one way to get energy back.
