Thank you, and Faryl who responded offline.

I am new to this constipation thing (neophyte questions dead giveaway

to that!). The straining is causing abdominal pain, which is

troublesome, of course.

There is a GNC on my way home, will stop in and ask about Colon

Pure. Acidopholus coming to my house this weekend, too :-)
