Guest guest
And eat only until I'm full. I've even thrown some food away cause I didn't finish what was on my plate. A biggy after years of WW and measuring so you eat everything you're allowed! Last night I wanted tortellini and pesto so I went to Safeway and got it. This is usually a competitive eating meal for me, I'm afraid my husband will eat it all so I go back for seconds even if I'm full. I told myself if he ate it all I'd just go out and buy more! I ate my one serving and I was full and didn't want anymore! So there are leftovers today! Whoo-hoo! I have a confession - I love the show the Teenage Witch and have watched some of the episodes tons of times. There's one where makes a time ball and they go back to the 60's. Her aunts are eating fondue and one says - 'Isn't it great to eat cheese and not know it's bad for you?' LOL! It's NOT bad for you. People didn't used to think of food the way we do today and there weren't nearly as many overweight people! That's what I want to do, eat whatever I want and not know it's bad for me! Has anyone read 'Am I Hungry'by Michele May? I'm reading Intuitive Eating now, should I get Am I Hungry and read that too?
