B. 3 slices yellow cheese, cottage cheese

cauliflower mashed fauxtatoes

S. 1 meat patty

L. double mcroyal with cheese no bun no sauces

D. cauliflower fauxtatoes with extra sour cream

S. mock cream of wheat with flax seed

S. 1 meat patty

Total: 1649 cals, 31 carbs with 14 fiber (flax and cauliflower) so 18

ecc, 87 protein, 133 fat

Too little protein, I think. Other than that ok, finally back to eating

veggies :) I *will* ignore the fiber or else I can't have flax and even

cauliflower would have to be limited. So there! :)
