Guest guest
Have a question for you all. I had my decompression surgery two years ago and have faired quite well post op. I still have " numbness, burning and tingling " in my extremities, but Neurontin makes it tolerable. I have headaches fairly frequently, which I am accustomed to treating with Vicodin and Darvocet as needed. The biggest thing that has hit me the past three weeks is vertigo. I have never had this before. I describe it as feeling as though I am being hit by a giant wave as the room comes at me at lightspeed. Sometimes it takes me down to the ground. This makes headaches worse, too. My ENT is doing an ENG on me and also a hearing test. I had a septoplasty done in September and I feel that I have recovered from that. I have a little fear that I have an acoustic neuroma like my Dad, but I do tend to over-worry Anyone else have this hit them after surgery?? Thanks!
