How old do you have to be to legally have a yahoo email account? My 12 yo has hotmail and so do most kids her age, but I recall having to lie about her age! Does this figure in anywhere, as far as Yahoo regulations? On the other hand, I participate in Yahoo Answers and there are lots of 12 year olds there. Yahoo regulators seem to be ok with that.
