Not in the United States. In Malaysia.

While diphereline is in the same family as Lupron, it is used in

Triptorelin here -- another Lupron-like drug approved for treating

advanced prostate cancer here in the U.S. And, given its basis in

treating prostate cancer.....you can bet it is being looked at for

endometriosis, fibroids, etc. However, to my knowledge (and with a

quick search of the FDA drugs database) this drug has not been approved

as diphereline in the U.S. for any kind of treatment of any condition.

If you or anyone else knows otherwise, please supply the URL for the

group's further reading on this drug. I'm always up for reading more

about these kill-an-ant-with-a-sledgehammer type of drugs.......

Emerging Pharma is a Malaysian company doing business in SE Asia -- not

the United States or Europe, from what I can read.

Dear Carla and all,

I'm the one who started the search for DIPHERELINE.I 'm two days after the

injection, I'm not the only one in Romania tooking the treatment, the drug is

french the company is BEAUFOR IPSEN , registered in France 37 rue Spontini 75116

PARIS FRANCE, the active substance is triptoreline .

I'm suppose to take two injections to shrink a little bit my fibroids in order

to have a myo insted of a hysterectomy. You can hardly find somebody in Romania

willing to do a myo . I'm 35 years old and still hoping to have kids.

I'm feeling alright just a little sweting in the afternoon.

'i'LL KEEP YOU ALL POSTED,

Neli Cecilia Gheorghe
