A Burning Question

Hi,

This week (before I ate the Chunky Monkey), I've been noticing that my

skin feels a burning sensation when I put on the Noritate. It lasts

for a minute and then goes away. I've been putting jojoba oil

underneath so the Noritate doesn't dry me out and create more bumps.

It worked for a few months, but now the Noritate burns. Should I stop

using the Noritate? I know us rosaceans can become sensitized to any

given product when we use it for a while. I guess this is happening to

me with Noritate.

Matija--

I don't know much about Noritate, but would it be

possible to apply it every other nite instead of every

nite (I'm assuming you use it at nite)? Perhaps you

could try that for a week and then ease yourself back

up to every nite. Or, is it possible that you applied

too thick a layer of the Noritate? Maybe using

slightly less would continue to be beneficial w/out

burning your skin.

Good luck!

Hi

I find that I keep having to vary my skin routine. I've used the same

products for months but at times I have to leave out one or two things

for a couple of weeks or days. As I do my skin gets better but after a

bit it gets worse and I include some products and it gets better. It is

the " metro " and a heavier moisturizer I have to leave out and then start

again. Sometimes my seb derm seems to be aggravated and sometimes the rosacea.

Maybe going easy on the noritate, taking a pause or going to every

second day as suggests will help.

Good luck,

Katarina
