Guest guest
I have this happen also. It is called myoclonic jerking. It happens with my head and my arms even once from my waist. It is a relatively new symptom for me. I did speak to my nsg about it and he told me the name but did not go into why this happens. If anyone knows, please post to the list as there are several of us who experience this. The jerking happens when I am drifting into sleep but it is not the same as the whole body jrek that most people have. It is a violent jerk of one part of the body. The head jerk is the most troubling but it also happens with my arms. I have noticed that taking muscle relaxers tend to help, anyone else?
