Eliza <<Just today I have had been quite busy work in kitchen help my friend go

through all canned foods and sort them out which send to my sister, and

others whoever needs the certain type of canned foods. Anyway going

through all that sort of foods usually make me hungry more of emotion

part for so many years whenever I went through them. Today for first

time I have able to recognized the difference tastes even though I

didn't feel hungry or full just somewhere in middle though after eat my

lunch and decide try to eat some snack to see if still hungry or full.

However still didn't feel either that sides hungry or full yet I did

noticed the taste of foods different after eat lunch. They seems not

taste so good when they usual do taste so good. It's interest find out

this way whether hungry or full but also depend on how they taste.>>Very good, Eliza! At first I thought you were saying you went through YOUR pantry & were getting rid of foods you really don't eat or want. I need to do that and now that my foot is broken and I can't do much, my husband is helping me a lot so i think one day soon he'll help me unload the shelves of outdated and unwanted food. But you said that you are beginning to understand and appreciate about what foods you don't want or don't like. That is wonderful and a beginning of your sensitivities. I just had a sandwich that my husbsand brought home for me, it was OK, not great, but it was edible and I was hungry so I ate it, but I only ate half of it because I became "un"hungry and it wasn't that great that I wanted to keep eating it. I'll save the other half for dinner I suppose. Cindi
