Glad to hear the Dr. will do the breast reduction for you, I know, being a smoker, the hardest thing is to toss them! I'm DETERMINED come the New Year to HOPEFULLY quit...may try the Mad Russian guy, or Nicoderm CQ. How's the hernia? Did you have it repaired? CONGRATS on the 170 lbs! That's great!! Dawn hello all i do hope you all had a merry chriatmas i had a great one except for today i was on my way home from foxwoods casino and decided to stop for an ice cream and needless to say the man told me the black rasberry was sugar free so on my way back to the higway i indulge in it and to my dismay about 15 minutes later i had the worst stomach pains ive ever had in my life and was sick to my stomach and all i wanted to do is sleep i dont know what it was but i didnt like it i am planning on goin g to foxwoods again maybe the end of the week and am going to stop to have a talk with this man also ive lost a total of 170 pounds to date,i went to see the plastic surgeon about a breast reduction and he wont touch me till im 3 months smoke free so i guess i am quitting on dec 31st sorry for gabbing but thanks for being here jeanie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DAMN is it just that easy, Diet and exercise, why the hell didnt someone tell me?????????????????? And to think we went through a huge surgery cause no one told us it was as easy as diet.
