It really helped me with the joint, muscle, ligament pain, as well as that awful pain that comes from inside your bones. As far as side effects, I had spikes in my bloodpressure for a day or two following the infusion, but that was it. I did find that I slept for 15 hours about a 1 1/2 days later. It was really good sleep, very restoring. The Remicade also helped my memory and thinking processes quite a bit. I'm really noticing the difference now that it's worn off. One of the things they should do is to add Methotrexate to his Remicade, or give him tablets to take-- because our bodies build anti-bodies to the Remicade, and he needs the MTX to eliminate that reaction.
