I have a question about hummus.  Has anyone noticed if they eat hummus they are not so hungry as often?  I just had a couple boiled eggs.  and still felt hungry so I made some hummus and ate about a 1/2 cup with some toritilla chips. and a can of Pepsi (which I probably could have avoided).  lol

Hey you're right - I'm going to add that to my great satisfying foods list - so far that list is: milk, hummus. Hummus is sooooooooo high in protein and fiber. That's probably what makes it so satisfying - that combination. ok i'm going to put that on my food list for my "food bag" so that I have things that I really love at hand. I love hummus.
