If I don't go and make my self pee every hour, I will not make it to the bathroom when I get the urge... It will be too late, and Ralph call it the 5 foot dash...lol I will come out of my bedroom running and by the time I get to the bathroom door it will be too late and they will hear me yell... NOT AGAIN!!! Will someone bring me a towel, panties, another pair of PJ bottoms and Kick me for not going sooner. This is the big joke around here... Get out of my way if I'm running and God forbid if Ralph or in the bathroom. I will pull them off and say.... I got to go now... Then NOT AGAIN. lol But it is all in loving jest....lol Ralph said that if it was him, He would ask the doctor to put a cather in him... he knows with the RA in his hips he would never make it either. I have even woke up and found the sheets weight and I wet Ralph if I'm laying next too him. I will dream about swimming.... ROFL. If it was not for laughter... I would cry all the time, And if I drink a soft drink, It almost always, doubles my runs..... So I try to only drink water (deer park) and tea if we eat out. Sorry for writing so much, Carol Re: IBS Carol, Now, MY IBS does the opposite thing. I can't get out of the darned bathroom unless I wantmy pants dirty. That's why Imodium is my best friend most weeks.
