Guest guest
Welcome! That peace is very obtainable via IE. You no longer have to MAKE (as in force) yourself to be something it isn't to begin with. Weight is such a distraction from life and really only a number which you AREN'T ;-) If you haven't read any non-dieting books, there's a good sized list at the group site in the Files section. You are in good company and I know and several others have found that there is not only life after dieting, but a peaceful one, especially with food! Best to you - Katcha IEing since March 20007 > > The joy of dieting and losing is so euphoric, only matched by the disappointment of regaining the weight. Well, I am over 60 and I feel the same way. I don't want to spend the remainder of my life being consumed by my weight and food. Enough is enough. >
