hello,

i am pretty new to the SCD. I was hoping to experiment with some

veggies chips either made in my dehydrator or oven.

can anyone tell me if plantains, daikon radishes, rutabagas and beets

are allowed on the SCD?

Sorry but plantains are illegal and rutabagas are an advanced food.

Daikon radishes and beets are legal. Please wait a for a few months

before eating dehydrated foods.
