Guest guest
Talking on the phone for more than 3o minutes will make my hand tingle and spasm. (Mine too) Also a good excuse, if I need it, to get off the phone with someone...lol. (Good Idea which I will be using). I have no idea how my son can sit at the computer for hours cuz my hand falls asleep on the mouse after half an hour. (Mine fall asleep as soon as I stop using the mouse) I didn't get to bed till 8 am and got up around 5 pm. Today I'll be up till 9 or 10 am and probably sleep till 6 or 7 pm-ish. I just keep cycling around the schedule like that. My optimal temp in the house is 73 degrees summer and winter. I like heat on me only for a short time then my body does something that's hard for me to describe. I find it hard to breathe and I get dizzy and frantic-feeling. (Exactly what happens to me) Don't know if that is physiological or psychological. (Physiological and meds with me) My lungs respond really weird to outside temp stimuli. The cold temps makes me turn to cement and ache. I can not stand it in the winter. (Same here ... summer and winter, i.e., extreme temps, bother me) My feet are different though. (Mine too, but only because I feel cooler as long as I have socks/blankets off feet and legs in any temp) I love cold floors on my feet cuz I often have this burning hot feeling on the bottom of my feet....like you could cook eggs on them. I often ask my hubby to put cold cloths on them. Joan

Guest guest
Joan... Thanks for not making me feel like an oddity. My family does at times...not really meaning to. Funny as it sounds...one of the joys of my life is when I am feverish(which is always) I can go in the kitchen and the floor is usually cool and then I just ahhhhhhhhh. Or when its cooler outside but I am hot I put my forehead on the windowpane. When people come in from outdoors they put their hands on my forehead to warm up and it cools me down beautifully. I have never been able to sleep with my feet covered up. If I do I heat up and end up kicking all the covers off. It's 4 am here in Wisconsin and I am going to try to find a book to read. Hope you have a pain free day and lots more joy. I also bestow on you a tanzanite tiara so everyone will be tipped off on how to treat you today and always. hugs S. the sleepy achy bitchy princess who loves chocolate!!!pickstands@... wrote: Talking on the phone for more than 3o minutes will make my hand tingle and spasm.
