Guest guest
What kid of iron, sultate or ferrous? My iron is on 18 mg. Will need to find a higher mg one. Magnesium is to help with constipation. > Iron 325 mg 2x/ day, I tried 3x/day but it was pretty constipating so I dropped back to twice a day
Guest guest
Hi, It's ferrous sulfate that I take. Seems to have helped with something. Guest guest
Hi Deb, It is great to hear that you're doing so well and how you got there! Hopeful message for us that are at the initial stages of tinkering. > Hi Everyone! > > Okay, it's been a month since I was able to start on Armour and learn about some supplements thanks to the wonderful people on this and my other other group. I feel fantastic!!!
Guest guest
Sounds like a super expensive supplement regime you're on there. The one I'm on is rather much like that except minus the glandular stuff. So that's what's missing for me mostly. Even at that, I spend about $200. a month just for supplements. That's out of only $1,000. a month income & not including groceries or houshold supplies. So it's a formidable amount to be spending on only trying to stay healthy enough to be functional. There's other I know of who're trying to buy all this stuff too but are on lower incomes than mine so how they manage I don't know. I'm barely getting by financially myself with no extra spending for any kind of social life or any extra gas for my car to go much of anywhere either. So it's a huge problem for a lot of us. Kind of an Update I feel fantastic!!! I mean, really fantastic!! So here is what I am doing, and the supplements I am taking. If I need to be doing anything differently or taking something else, please let me know.
