Guest guest
I am a newbie. I read if you mix sugar with other foods,it can trigger reactive allergic reactions. This week, I ate low fat yogurt with sugar substitute. I put too much sugar substitite in the yogurt. I found my nose running uncontrollably. I do not know why I have such extreme allergies. I am thinking of going without sugar.. cold turkey. I have puffy circles under my eyes. My skin is dry under my eyes. I guess this might be allergies. I am hiding this weekend with Vitamin E. I bought makeup concealer. I look like an 80 year old.Does this sound like a sugar allergy or food allergy. I ate fat free cottage cheese. I did not have the reaction. I do not want to stop all dairy products due to my need for calcium. I need to loose weight but all this symptom drama does not help me much. I look like I am 20 years older than my age. Does anyone have any food allergies or problems like I described.
Guest guest
You keep brought up sugar substitute. What kind of substitute are you using? I use Splenda for my sugar free and it's work pretty good for me. Although one catch that they do give me hell of heartburn if I use way too much. I would never ever add sugar in my yogurt.
