While at the pcp doctor I told her about my most recent problem with

their facility too. Guess I wasn't very happy yesterday at all. Had

a few complaints. I told her the doctor was as I would lable it

rude & unprofessional. They closed at a certain time and I got there

10 min. prior to closing time.

They aked why I didn't come in sooner, what did I think they could do

since no one was there to preform test, it just went on and on. Well

I had a major pressure headache and this was something I had never

had

before, I was very dizzy (nothing new), and loss of vision for a few

hours. I told them off and asked if they were telling me I should

not be concerned about the new symptons and that I had ACM. He then

checked my chart and became a different doctor which at that point

was not comfort to me. He asked the questions he should have asked

from the beginning and at that point I was not really interested in

what he had to say. I left there and after thinking it over

reported this to my pcp. The doc I saw that night I had never seen

before and will never see again if I have any control over it.

My pcp took the info, said this should have never happened, gave me

the name of the person I should contact if it should ever happen

again and said she would report it to this person and said she was

sorry especially since his behavior was so unprofessional.

I am currently happy about the way this problem was settled and I

hope no one else has to go through this type of situation. You feel

sick and bad and the docs you go to for help should be there to do

just that.

Thanks again,

Jenn
